Afromarkertpl is subsidiary from Brijoye International Sp. z o.o. focused in wholesales and retail sales of special food, cosmetics, drinks, flours e.t.c that are not of European origin or mostly consume by Blacks or African origin.
We source our products from standard and reputable companies that have long history in business.
In as much that we try to have a stable price for our customers, sometimes we have to adjust them due to many factors that might be beyond our control such as exchange rate, increase in market price, inflation, overstock. We do try to update out price on the website regularly and incase their is any price change after the placement of order, we will inform the customer about it as we do have right to change the price due to the earlier reasons and not bond to sell at the price the customer placed the order.

Shipping Information

5kg-25kg = 20zl
Free shipping on 450zl plus order

We only ship through Inpost.pl at the moment and shipping information should be sent to the email provided along the delivery details submitted.

Orders Shipped outside Poznan:
We try to ship all order placed before 2pm same-day but do note shipping process can take up to 48 working hours.
Estimated delivery takes 1-2 business days but we mostly deliver within 24 hours by the 3rd party shipping company that we use(Inpost.pl). For delivery status, kindly contact Inpost.pl with the tracking number which will provide after shipment to your email.

Orders within Poznan:
We ship within Poznan, processing can take up to 48hour but we try to process mostly same-day. Place your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost while most delivery are done same day within 3hrs – 7hrs after placing order.

Pickup is also possible but call to for arrangement or wait for our call after placing an order before booking for taxi or visiting.

Outside Poland Shipment:
We do ship to other European countries through DHL. Kindly call for the arrangement.

Orders shall be considered delivered to the Customer in a legal sense from the time that they are ready to be sent.
We cooperate with Inpost.pl to facilitate our delivery which if you agree to send it through them on your behalf, you agree with their terms and condition. We are always ready to help when issue arise with your shipment but on our terms.

You can arrange for your shipping by sending us a prepaid label and book for pickup after contacting us with the arrangement.

Products are transported at Customer’s expenses and risk
The customers shall be responsible for any additional cost that occurs after shipment in the process of delivery either to change address, return to the shipper and for any other situation that might arise excluding only if the cause is from the shipper.

Return Policy

14 Days Return Policy

Below are the categories of products that can be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange.

Sealed cosmetics
Braids
Sealed or Packed dry products (including flours and grains)

You have 24hours to report any defect free products bought from the store or that is delivered to you for replacement or refund.

Below are the products that can not be returned.

Frozen products
Broken sealed products.
Non-sealed products.

Refund will be made by the best means to the original payer for the order at sellers discretion between 24 hours to 72 hours.

Your complains are always welcome by calling 501 85 85 86 during our working hours or email biuro@brijoye.com and we try our best to resolve the issues.

Protection of personal data

We do have options to register on our website which do we not ask for any sensitive information. Your information stored with us will not be passed to any marketing company but solely for the purpose of processing your order and passing it to the delivery company(Inpost) on your behalf for the delivery of your order.
If registered, you can edit, delete anytime you want and we can do likewise if the need arises. Do remember the PayU will have access to your data also for payment processing which is the administrator to the mode of payment on our site.



Limitations to order processing

According to EU law, some orders can not be placed online which includes Alcohol drink while frozen foods can be arrange for pickup by the customers at their risk.
Variable weight products such that required manual measurement can makes the final total differs which we can request for the extra or refund the balance as customers wish.



Payment Option

We do accept direct bank transfer, card payment and blik powered by PayU and cash on delivery for ONLY constant customers.

Our customers have the option of making a direct payment to our bank account which is stated on our website and obliged to email us the payment confirmation to process their order timely. Our website payment is powered by PayU which have options that give multiple forms of accepting payment ranging from blik, credit and debit cards among others.

If order is shipped on credit, the below agreement is accepted by our customer:

All judicial and extra judicial costs which SUPPLIER incurs as a result of the Customer not meeting his/its payment obligations shall be borne by the Customer

Notwithstanding any delivery and the transfer of the risk, the delivered products remain the property of SUPPLIER until the Customer has completely met all his/its payment obligations under the agreement in question.
If payment is not made within the stipulated time that both parties agreed on and after a friendly reminder from the seller, The Customer hereby irrevocably grants permission to the seller to enter the places where the items are located for repossession.
The Customer shall be responsible for the costs associated with such retrieval of the products.
